If you consider your products to be in the Other Homemade Products and Soaps/Lotions categories, you will be included in a rotating schedule for the market season. These types of products have been found to sell well over the course of the market. To avoid vendors wasting their time by attending every week, we will be having a rotation list of spots to give the community variety and hopefully increase revenue for vendors. If after the first scheduled week, the vendor feels they are not a good fit for the market, they may end their participation without penalty. The first week’s fee will be $20 for a trial week. If after the trial week, you would like to continue, the remaining 3 weeks will be at $15 per week. If you would like to commit to the four weeks that is allotted to each of the rotating vendors at the beginning of the season, the vendor fee is $15 per week.
For vendors selling their art, crafts, stickers, bags, wood work, photos, or anything along that nature, MUST submit photo samples of your products on approval. The goal for HFM is to provide a community space that provides a positive and inclusive environment for all those who attend the market. If a product is seen that may alienate or hurt someone at our market, the HFM committee will ask the vendor not to sell them at the market. If the vendor refuses to comply with the request, they may be asked to leave the market and not return.
